Hidden Food Allergy
#1 Recommended AFT / Applied Kinesiology
Autonomic Feedback Testing (A.F.T.)/Applied Kinesiology testing for hidden food allergies, sensitivities, and intolerance's is one of the easiest and most effective ways to determine potentially problematic foods for a patient. This involves introducing a food or substance to the patient's body and determining whether it has a negative or positive impact, by the patient's response.
Based on quantum physics, all matter including food possesses its own unique vibrational blueprint. When a specific food is introduced to the body, the nervous system immediately identifies and interprets the food’s vibrational blueprint to be either harmonious or disharmonious. This change in the nervous system can be easily detected by a muscle test. Generally speaking, if the food is harmonious and is OK for the patient to consume, then a strong muscle will stay strong, but if a food is disharmonious and is potentially a problem, then a strong arm will go weak. The mechanism behind this is more of an energetic response based on quantum biology. I personally have experienced tremendous accuracy with testing for my patients.
Here is a study demonstrating the accuracy of the Applied Kinesiology Muscle Testing for food allergies/sensitivities in comparison to blood tests (radioallergosorbent test (RAST) and immune complex test for IgE and IgG. In this study, Applied Kinesiology showed to be 90.5% accurate in comparison with blood tests.

You may also try an elimination diet, which is a diet where you eliminate the most common hidden food allergies/sensitivities for 21 days and then reintroduce them back into the diet one food at a time to monitor their impact on your physical and emotional health. This method may work well for someone who is in touch with their body and very disciplined, but for most people, this method does have its downfall as well. Because you are only eliminating the most common hidden food allergies/sensitivities, you still may be consuming offending foods that will cause ongoing symptoms.
Keep a Journal To discover if hidden food allergies/sensitivities are causing your symptoms, you can keep a journal of what you eat and how you feel afterward. Make note of your energy levels, your mood, and other physical symptoms within a few minutes to hours after you consume any food or beverage. Many people think that they are hypoglycemic because after they eat, they crash and they feel that it is due to low blood sugar. Where in reality, the crash is from eating hidden food allergies/sensitivities. The downfall of keeping a journal is that some symptoms can occur from 1 hour to 72 hours after an offending food is consumed. For example, swollen joints or clogged sinuses may occur the following day after eating an offending food rather than immediately after eating the food. This makes it very difficult to pinpoint the offending foods.
